ok, first off , i'm addicted to the Food Network....

there's a show called The Food Hunter. it's this retired Cockney green grocer who travels all over the world explaining the history/growing/uses of different fruits and veggies.

and his constant companion, which sees use every episode is a fairly large fruit knife.

i know, not a big deal, but nice to see.

"Is it like the 4.25" spey blade fruit testing knife in the A.G. Russell catalog?"

very much like that. but from what i can see it's a spearpoint and has white slabs w/ some red logo on them. lots of fruit knives i've seen are promotional knives.
