I put one on order...like designs from Fraraccio...will try it out,longer and thinner blades are good for cutting food.The one I ordered has blade arpund 11-12 cm or even more,its 28cm size...all around

Its 12 cm blade i guess,if I find the quality pretty good ,will order couple different sizes,and some of their other designs.How is that 420 ss that they use for blades?Is it on par with Victorinox steel?If it is ,thats good enough for me.

Yeah, more or less. Its not a heavy use knife so its works just fine for what it is.....
