Hello All,

I've enjoyed WhittlinAway's "The Whittling Corner" and I wanted to have a giveaway in the spirit of that thread. To try and cover as many peoples interests, this will be a 3 part giveaway.

The first part will be for those who prefer folders. Schrade Warren #1 and Warren #2. These weren't a matching set, one is serialized and one isn't.

The second part will be for those who prefer fixed blades. Two knives from Iisakki Järvenpää, they're simply labeled as a Wood Carvers knife and Chip Carvers knife.

The third part will be for those who are interested in spoon carving. Deepwoods Ventures, their spoon carver and general carver both with figured handles.

One entry per person, please specify which part of the giveaway you wish to enter, Folder, Fixed Blade, or Spoon Carving. This is open to any member with at least 50 posts in the Traditional forum within the US.
I'll let this run until next Sunday the 12th when the winners will be chosen. Good Luck!

If allowed, I would like to enter this on behalf of my brother.
He isn't a member here, but he uses these types of knives regularly in his secondary line of work.

He makes bows for violins and cellos, and I feel that set #2 (fixed) would be Very much appreciated and see Plenty of use.

I'm with Brett on this one, quite a wonderful gaw Launchpad! I would like to be considered for the schrade folders. They would make great companions for my front porch whittling sessions. Thank you in advance my friend. Blessings - Daniel
 
This is a very cool giveaway and I would love to enter. Most of the whittling I do is out in the wilderness where I am fashioning a variety of things including chopsticks, stakes, the occasional crude spoon and spatula... I have been wanting to improve my spoon game for quite some time now and would love to go in on the Spoon Carving set.

I'd love a spoon carving set! The other fixed carvers are fantastic as well, and so are the folders!

This is very generous. I am in for the fixed blades. I carve bowls and spoons and also spoon rests, which are great for the kitchen counter.
I would go for the Schrade folders....since I think I am the only Schrade collector in England, but I have enough Old Timers and other Schrade knives in my collection.

Wow, what a great lineup of woodcarving tools and very generous of you to be offering them up like this.
I think I'd like to go for the spoon carving set if I am fortunate enough to win.

Not an entry, because my whittling lacks skill more than tools.
