Queen and Camillus may still have some in production. I saw an ad for one of their limited editions in Knife World. (June '04 issue.)
You might want to check on Marbles and some of the Black Jack offerings also.
I have one of Warner Black Jack Trail Guides in 52100 that is an excellent mid-sized fixed blade that has held up well.
As much as I enjoy collecting some of Case's folder patterns their fixed blades suffer from a lack of quality steel in my limited experience, but I have a inclination to ask quite a lot from the fixed blades I use as opposed to a folder.
