Well, it is about that time of year again and my wife wants me to put out more than the 1 trail cam that I have. I'm looking for a camera with a fast shutter speed but without night vision. While seeing all of the animals that come out at night is cool, there are only so many pictures of raccoons, possums, and armadillos that I need. Yes, I get plenty of picture of big bucks and big pigs too. But, I can't shoot deer at night, and I don't care to night hunt for pigs during deer season. As a result, the only pics that I really care about are those of deer (and pigs) that are moving during the day. A deer that never shows up except well after dark- as far as shoot-ability is concerned- doesn't exist. And, my experience has been that the infrared lights really eat through batteries. So, I'm looking for a camera either without night vision, or with the capability to turn it off. Suggestions? Experiences? I currently have a bushnell trophy cam HD which has been good to me. Thanks.
