Training book or video on tomahawks?

HI,

I am really considering to buying a next generation ranger series tomahawk.I would like to see a training book or video on how to use this weapon?, does anyone know where I can get this information,I do have a background in marshal arts, but have not seen anything with a tomahawk?. Thanks,Kev
 
There is also "something in the works" at this moment which will address this question.

As we get closer to "its" debut, I'll leak a bit more.

Suffice it to say that we know this is long overdue, and we have begun some tangible work to fulfill this clear need for H2H and Combatives with our Hawks.

Had me a Tactical Grade VietNam hawk for some time.
 
I'd also like to add that Dwight McElmore is writing a book on Bowie/Tomahawk fighting. I'm not sure when it will be released but it should be a hell of a book.

I took McLemore's Tomahawk & Bowie Knife Fighting class and it was a very good class. Look up the School of the Two Swords. That's his school. He goes all over to teach it plus there are some martial arts instructors who are licensed to teach his style but he's based in Virginia.

I have seen Dwight's book - incredible information. When it is finished, it will be the definite work on using the 'hawk and long-knife as a team of weapons. I cannot wait for it to get published...incredible material and even better than his Paradoxes of a Deadly Myth (Dwight's Bowie knife book).

Hock Hochheim should be releasing a video of Dwight McLemore's Tomahawk and Bowie techniques in the next 6-12 months. The footage has already been shot.

Thanks, Andy Prisco. I would be very interested in when you will have training information with your tomahawks. If you could give a ball park date that would be nice. I have looked at many different tomahawks and I think over all I like the next generation the best as it fits many tasks well.Thanks,Kev
