Aloha ALL,

Long story behind this one, but uh...what do you guys think of it?

I found that the "pointier point" on this comes in very handy...It is just a rough Dremel job, but I had to share it with you all...:p

God bless and yeah, yeah...it ain't THAT funny.:o

Give it a false edge then we're talking.
It's like a humpback whale XD.

Oh, it's funny. But pretty neat all the same.
Here's hoping for a WharTrance.

Aloha senoBDEC,

Good to see you! Funny ya mention that because I have a blade shape similar to this, but more rounded and "user friendly" where the false edge would start...call it my Dolphin Blade.

Serious!!!

God bless and do take care!

hey Chad, i like it  looks like a "hybrid" of your original "clip point" Trance and the "drop point" Trance

Pointy! I like it.

I dunno about giving it a second edge though, I wouldn't mind putting my thumb there for doing work in a scalpel grip.

Me likey pointy buttprickers..

Maybe you should smooth out the top in the circle:

Otherwize i like it somewhat like a jumbo of the keycom??
:p

Not a bad idea, but I think I would like it more if it were kinda like the blade design found on the Spyderco Chinook or Emerson's Tactical Persian....whatever that's called....scimitar clip-point???

I like it a lot. Great idea. Hope something similar becomes next variant of Trance soon.

That looks pretty sharp . I think a Trance variant with that type of point would be great.

Give it a real edge to the "false edge" on the spine if it is enclosed into the handle, let see pictures of the folder closed.
And thanks for the wellcome Daywalker!

I like the "clip point" idea, but instead of the "clip" area bowing down, bow it UP(slightly) making it a modified Bowie. That is for folks who do not like a real slim point.

Aloha ALL,

Hey thanks everyone! I do have a Clip Point AND a Wharnie blade design for the Trance handle, just waiting on Boker to use them!:p

THIS was just to "mess around"...and I had some time to make it look a bit less like my "Dolphin blade", and more...um..."conventional"...

Okay, okay...enough laughing already...:p

God bless you guys!!!

This last one is good. I think the clip will sell, but I'd stick to my original. The last one, though, I'd add to the rotation.

Dolphins are cool. You're in Hawaii, so you know that! :D

Aloha bro,

Thanks buddy...however, we don't see much dolphins near where I live. Hammerheads and Tiger Sharks, yes...Dolphins...nope. They're on the other side of the Island. :p

God bless and take care!

Looks okay.
More of a curve like unto a Chinook would be nice for back-cut applications.
