Tonight I have the grand opportunity to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra! I am very excited about this, has anyone else had the chance to see them in concert?

This should get me hyped up for the holiday season! What gets you pumped up and ready for Christmas?

LOL.... my three favourite Christmas movies.... Christmas Vacation, Scrooged and Lethal Weapon.... :D

Lexi, that looks like it is ging to be a FANTASTIC night out............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have a good time, I enjoy TSO. It is entirely too early for Christmas stuff for me though LOL. I don't want to see any of that stuff til at the earliest, Black Friday.

I've been to a couple of their shows too. Never been disappointed, it's an amazing show. Best advice, pay a little more and sit up close!!

They come and play in San Antonio almost every year, or used to. That's really cool you get to go, awesome music.

You're going too?! How did I not know this before now?! Maybe I'll see you there, I'm so excited! I can't wait.

I worked retail for a couple years, and seeing the joy and happiness last minute holiday shopping brings out in people turned me into an old curmudgeon. Nothing as bad as the warm holiday cheer Black Friday brought out in people. I'm doing better though.

I used to get into the holiday spirit about a week before Christmas, but lately I've been doing better, getting in the holiday spirit about the beginning of December. Christmas music the day after Thanksgiving? No problem. At Halloween? I'm going to grumble a little bit!

Christmas music, the woodstove rocking and roaring, a nice white pine in the living room, the Chesapeake knife show which is always the 2nd Sunday in December. Movies like Christmas Vacation, Christmas Carol with Alastair Sim, Christmas Story/Red Ryder. Good food, good friends, traveling to get some shopping done the first few weekends of December. Midnight mass at church, drinking a cup of coffee with my dogs around the wood stove and watching the mass at the Vatican on Christmas morning, after I get home from midnight mass. Christmas parties at work, with the people from work outside of work.

I've been to one of their shows, it was amazing. They had Steven Tyler sing while they covered "Dream On". It was great.

TSO is one of the best shows I have ever seen. The lights and pyrotechnics are amazing! Plus who doesn't love electric guitar?!?! I can't wait to see them tonight. Lora, Cali Hoops and I will be attending the show also. Maybe we will see you there, Lexi!

Have a great time. I have never seen them live but have seen the television version and it looks amazing.

They really do put on an amazing show. My fiancee's cousin is on their effects team programs/runs the lasers; the guy has a really fun job and loves touring with the band.

I have seen them three times and sorry this might be weird but I compare it to an audio/visual orgasm on the senses. Spend the extra cash for good seats. Each time I went I sat in the front third elevated on the side and was able to see the entire stage and feel the flames on my face. Not going this year because they aren't coming to town maybe next year.
