Trappers USA?

If the model #'s are 37? or 38? they are imported. Also the birchwood? handles are imports.
(The new charcoal dymondwood knives are USA made)

I hope I got this right and its understandable ;)

Thanks PFI
I thought they may be like the wood handle Stockmans and not USA.
There were just 2 382 trappers and 1 110-all brand new on the bay for 29.99
Got outbid in an autobid race anyway-someone got a deal for $33.00. OH WELL:(

Yep, they are like the wood handled stockman. 382
is an imported number. Don't worry there will be more great prices ;)

Thanks for the good word Post.
Since I didnt win those knives, I figgered the bay owed me one so I bid on a bucklite after seeing such good reviews from alot of forum mates. I won it and hope its in as good of condition as it looks like it might be.(bad angle on the picture and it looks like the blade is either perfect or someone did a hell of a good grind to fix a broken tip-fingers crossed.

I picked this one up yesterday on Ebay. I guess this is a Bucklite.

I actually have one of the birchwood handeled ones that says 303 (upside downT) on the main blade and china on the sheepfoot. Kind of interesting huh.... don't recall just exactly what the deal was on it. The main blade just says BUCK and 303 inverted T, nothing where it would normally have the USA stamp

That was a good deal Plumber. I also noticed that seller has a 110A as he calls it, that has a seriously ground off blade with a statement that the blade may have been ground down some. I looked again and saw the pic. Looks like the blade is a good 3/4 of an inch short.
It is most likely a 1988 stamp.

Buyer beware on that one!!!!

Got my new Bucklite 442 today-Its like brand new after a short clean, oil and sharpen. Whew...Just had to send back a 301 that said very good condition but looks like someone took a dremel to all 3 blades to try and sharpen:eek:

That was my 1st 300 series(always have gone with lockers) and even though I sent it back, I will have another one..or 2 or 3. Maybe dymonwood. I can now why 300bucks likes em so much.

Plumber,Is that the correct sheath that came w/ your 444U Bucklite?As I didn't remember that one coming w/ a sheath.Great buy! DM

I doubt it. The knife kinda disapears in the sheath. It must have been for something else, it has two pockets in the sheath.
