TRASH 2 + Junglas Sheath = pretty darn good

Gents. If you happen to have the TRASH 2 and the Esee Junglas the sheath works for both. I was poking around the "knife box" for a home for the TRASH 2 so it could be safely take out this upcoming weekend camping and paired the 2. While not exactly custom kydex, it fits at least as well as the Spec Ops 8" on the BGTG or Steel Heart ERGO. Just an idea if you as looking to save some $$$.

Good to know...thanks! Yeah, my brother uses his old sog tigershark sheath for this bg hell razor. Clips in...snap works and everything. Just a little longer than the knife.

I was going to go the same route but ended up buying the TOPS 9" blade sheath off their site. It works good and has 2 pouches on the sheath. Just posting this as another option. It sure does look good in the junglas sheath though!

Oh man I wish I known this last month!!! I could've taken mine to camp. I left it behind cuz I didn't have time to order a sheath. It came like 3 days before we left. Thanks for the tip!!

That looks pretty good. Amazing how close those two handles are.
I need to find a cheap cordura sheath to fit my new BG FSH, got a 2-inch wide blade on it.

I bought JUNGLAS 2 weeks ago, and later found the sheath as a whole is too long , i want to sell.

Yesterday, I bought a trash2, but no sheath, is bothering me

@ Pykrim - Sorry I meant to reply just to your post about the TOPS sheath: Does the tip of the Trash 2 blade hit the bottom of the TOPS sheath? Is there any edge rubbing against the kydex liner and dulling? Just wondering because TOPS lists that sheath as fitting up to 9.25" blades - if I don't got it wrong - but it seems like that's the same sheath that goes with the Anaconda, which has a 9.5" blade. How snug or loose is your fit?

The sheath itself comes with a plastic insert (clear plastic not kydex) that you heat up to snug up the blade. With mine, the plastic insert was snug inside the sheath so I didn't need to glue it into the sheath after it was done. I took a heat gun and got the insert hot enough to form, then put the blade in the insert and used a couple prices of foam to press it down. The tip of the blade doesn't hit the bottom of the sheath. I also flattened it out pretty good on the bottom unused part of the insert. So far I haven't noticed any dulling of the edge at all.

I don't have any pictures of it on my phone at this second but when I go home on lunch I'll snap a few pics to post up. I'll probably just make a new thread though so I don't hijack the OP'S thread any more lol.
