Just finished this one up. It is made out of what Jody Muller calls "trashcan damascus." :D I took a lot of my 1095 cut-offs from the bandsaw and made them into small little triangles and squares about 1/4-to-1/2 inch. I also cut some 15n20 into the same size stuff. This was mixed up with some nickel and poured into a metal cannister with 1080 metal powder poured around it and then sealed up. That got forged into about a 1-inch square, and then ground the cannister off and cut into 4 pieces that got stacked, welded together and twisted a bit. Anyway -- this is what came of it. It is 6 1/4-inches open with a 2 1/2-inch cutting edge. :)

Nice job. That damascus looks great. You should throw it in the trashcan outside my house, just let me know about it first:D

It looks very snuggle worthy! :D

I love your work Michael, I've seen some collectors showing some off in the past up here in Massachusetts....I instantly know a piece is yours when I see it. So wonderfully unique.... :)
