Folks I needed to give this US company a shout out. Like most folks today I have a Facebook page that I randomly use to send pictures of my kids to my family in distant states. Several times I have seen a GAW on there and all that happens when you sign up is you get subscribed to another email mailing list and never hear of anyone winning. I saw one recently from Trayvax and was admittedly skeptical but I signed up and followed their instructions on how to enter. A week or so went by and I was informed by email and given a code to order my wallet. I did so and it showed my order processed. Another week passed and a second email came saying that they were sorry for the inconvenience but some people had tried to use their code more than once and had given their code to other people to use, they were investigating what he codes were valid (3000 of them were to be awarded) and letting the winners know individually whose codes were valid. I got an email from them that said my code was a valid one and they would be shipping my wallet. Up to this point a month has gone by since I put in my shipping info and had the order process. I got an email yesterday and there were like 7 email addresses at the top all different than mine from the director of consumer marketing at Trayvax. It said "Guys and girls when processing the shipping for your wallets we realized that the incomplete shipping information was given. Please reply to this email with the correct shipping information and we will gladly ship your wallet to you."

This has got to be one of the best examples of a company doing the right thing even though I screwed up and didn't put correct information on the form they are giving folks an opportunity to correct it. Most companies would just move to the next person in line and they could have rightly done so as the issue was my error not theirs.

These are great wallet I have had my one since the kickstart finished. Mind you they were 11 months late past the projected delivery date and I never got all the accessories that was in the original deals off kickstarter. When it did eventually arrive I put into use straight away and have never looked back, don't think I would manage with a traditional leather wallet again.
Have to say it was definitely worth the extra long wait.

I've had one for almost 2 years now I think, pretty sure it was a gift from my best man for my wedding (I know it was from him just can't remember when). It still looks knew and it fits nicely into pockets, which I think is what I like most coming from a tri-fold. It seems like I've had less stuff fall out of it as well since my wallets stay in bags more than my pockets for events bags on weekends and the weekday bags for work.
