Just an elegant looking knife, it's a beauty. If your going to sell it, it will be bought in no time.

Thank you all for the kind comments. I personally delivered it to the customer today. I made the knife based on rough sketches we made in my office. We had discussed steel, handle material, sheath design, etc., but not a price. He just said "make it, let me know when you are finished, and how much I owe you".

A "pleased customer" doesn't quite describe his reactions. I thought he was gonna hug my neck:D . When I quoted him the price, he looked funny, and said, "I was expecting to pay twice that amount". Oh well............ live and learn. My wife says I'm giving my knives away....... maybe I need to let her start pricing them.:D

He was so happy that he ordered a bowie style based on a knife on my website, and between him and one of his friends, he left me six knives to make sheaths for.

The main thing is that he was a "happy customer". That, to me, is what really counts.

I really like that knife , the handle seems slightly big in proportion to the rest of the knife but in a good way that makes it seem like you want to hold it in your
hand. It makes sense in the long term to price your knives low to start with
as it makes the first of your customers feel they have gooten a good deal and helps the people who supported you in the beggining, also nothing builds hype faster than people speculating on a makers work.
