I was so impressed when I opened the package of this new acquisition that I rushed to post a few pictures.

I know some of you are familiar with Trevor Ablett's work and after watching a few videos on youtube of Mr Ablett making these by hand I knew I had to find one. I found a US dealer on Ebay.

I have looked and not bought any of his knives!! That one definately looks like one of the best I have seen, nice grab!!

Thanks..... I was looking the knife over more carefully last night and must say that I really like it. The knife does have a hand built look , but I mean that in a positive way. It's hard to explain..... Of course it could be because I know how it was made.

I'm going to try to buy one of the two blade Barlows that he makes.
