Tri-Angle Sharpmaker and Spyderco Benchstones.

Looking all around and interested in possibly buying them, but I cannot find what grit rating the stones are. All I can find are descriptions "medium" "fine" "ultra fine", which doesn't help me much. Anyone out there know?

Go to the "Maintenance, Tinkering & Embellishment" forum section and look for the sticky thread that has the grit chart that several folks have worked to list most of the current brands of sharpening gear.

So I went and checked the grit chart that was posted in the "Maintenance, Tinkering and Embellishment" sub-forum. Which had most of the information I needed listed, though the Sharpmaker's Diamond Hones aren't listed. I'm not blaming the fine forum member who posted all of that information at all, quite the contrary. I'm just wondering why Spyderco hasn't simply posted all the information plainly in their online catalog. Hopefully this oversight will be rectified soon to make it easier for other potential customers to be well informed on the product they're interested in without having to look to 3rd party sources.
