Triad lock spring replacement?

My AD 10 Triad lock does not fully engage if I slowly or even normally deploy the blade. When engaged the lockbar is not flush with the liners and when this happens the lockbar protrudes a bit. If I forcefully deploy the blade, not flicking but just using good force with my thumb, the lock engages correctly and the bar is flush.

I noticed that this spring is softer than other triads I have, the recon, ak 47, ultimate hunter. I think the spring is too soft and is having trouble slamming the massive lock bar tooth into the equally massive blade tang on this ad 10. I actually had the same problem with a 4max elite before.

Do any of you know where replacement springs for a Triad can be bought? I mean any spring for a lock bar should do. As long as it is very stiff I'll rig it in there.

I'm kind of surprised to hear this, as the AD10 is known for being one of the smoothest TriAds out of the box. Could disassemble it and bend the spring a bit to apply more pressure to the lock bar. But first I would flick it open hard a bunch of times and see if that helps...kind of a break-in. They are designed to self-adjust with wear, and many have posted about knives that started out a bit rough becoming buttery smooth after some break-in time.

almost sounds like debris is in the scales and lockbar contact areas. I'd try cleaning it out and looking for any burrs or whatnot that might be causing it to hang up before I'd mess with the spring bar
