Firstly - this is not run of the mill pchak that sold to a tourist...
This is a knife from Mamirzhon Saidahunov (can you pronounce that?
)
He is a quite known Uzbek knife maker.
Blade is a 5 1/4" high carbon steel 65G(equivalent of 1566)
Over all length is 9 3/4"
I used it few times in the kitchen, but handle is a bit short for me
I'm not very good at sharping, if you are - hair splinting edge will not be difficult to achieve
