I have grown to LOVE sr101 thru my RMD an R9.. so having Busse classics released in sr101 is so awesome. It is truly a TON of knife for the $.
I'd say Busse's "Desert Sage" is a pretty damn good match to real desert sage!!

That sure is a good looking knife. Mine is all muddy. I do like the sage though.

Dude you're killing me,, I was born in Lehi (insert joke here), and grew up in Alpine.
We spent weekends in American Fork canyon camping, Provo River fly fishing,, down near Castledale night hunting for 'Yotes....
I will make it back eventually,, its an outdoorsmans paradise.
Great pics,, where were they? Id guess an hour or more south of Provo

My family has 20 acres in Cedar fort, that's where this was. An some in Fairfield..I live in midvale. that's awesome man! Neat meeting people from my neck of the woods.

Nothing like the smell of sage brush,,,, Im sure you kicked up a few rabbits out there

Sage and Black Canvas is one of my favorite combos.

And I have a Battle Saw, BG SFNO, BG AMS, BG HR, and BG BATAC, on the way, all in Black Canvas and Sage. And the Chop Houses, SYKCO Skinner, and TRASH-1 in sage.

Aw, man! That makes me wish I had ordered the BGHR in sage and black canvas!

What? Just order a second one? No can do. I have more ... irons... in the fire than I ever have before.

Is that a NMSFNO about halfway down that column? The BGSFNO is one that I let get away that I'm really regretting right now.

That is an exceptionally good photo, btw. Good lighting for those colors, IMO.

I agree, that is an awesome photo! As well as Robdude's. Hey, I ordered two SFNO's, maybe you will end up not regretting letting it go away. ;)

Great pics! I'm not sure if I dropped one of your desert sage blades out there in that setting, that I would be able to find it!:eek: I'm amazed at how well they blend in!
