Love the sharpfinger. So it only is normal that I create my own rendition of this time honored design:

ry%3D400

Blade is carbon steel
3-1/2" upswept blade with filework and acid treatment.
Handle is figured maple with brass pin, tube, and mosaic.

Thanks for looking!

First off... Great knife, I am a fan of the Sharpfinger. My grandfather felt it was the best all around knife made, and he would know.

If you don't mind can I ask what steel (beside Carbon) and how did you do the acid treatment?

Hi Ryan....I used 1080. Placing drops of FC on the blade and letting it sit caused little circles to be cut into the steel. I then used mustard over the top of that to create patina circles.

jeeez man i didnt think such a wicked design could look go classy
