It looks great, but you might want to try the lanyard attachment again. Bend the brass around a madrel working slowly, and you will get a perfect circle if you want one.

Looks good, but I would have soldered the lanyard attachment on. Reminds me, I have an old beat up brass zippo somewhere I've been meanin to modify.

I love it, but not too crazy about the screw heads. Everything else is awesome though and it fits perfect.

No. They are trimmed to fit the thickness of the case.
