What is the difference between these 2 knives?

The primary difference is the thickness of the blade, .280 on the S2 vs .240 on the S2B.

And of course the price that's obvious and I don't believe the S2B has SEKI-JAPAN engraved on the blade.

Is the S2B another of the Taiwan made SOG's? I know the new Gov-Tac's are made in Taiwan; and there was only a Taiwan sticker on it rather than an engraving or stamp in the blade.:thumbdn:

according to the link below, the answer is yes. The new tridents are made in taiwan.
