Tried to purchase gold

I was going to renew my membership today, I'll hold off for a bit incase there is a bug going on in the system.
 
It said pay with PayPal. Then clicked on pay. It did nothing.

I don't see an option to purchase Gold in the Paid Subscriptions tab; Platinum, Knifemaker/Craftsman/Service Provider, Dealer Membership, Pirate, PG Platinum Membership.

@Spark any guidance?

As a platinum member it doesn't display any membership options for you below the level you're already at, so gold wouldn't show up for you like it doesn't show up for me at least from my experience.

It only displays membership upgrades, I guess.

That makes total sense in the respect that I can't see it..Learning more about this software everyday.
 
It said purchase gold and you are 60 seconds from. Only option was paypal which was strange as I thought just a credit card was always fine and encouraged. Clicking PayPal numerous times only did nothing.
 
Presently I'm an unpaid member. Will my feedback record get reset to zero if I were to go Gold?
 
I just went in and renewed my gold membership. I hit my user name in the upper right corner which brought down a menu and clicked on account upgrade. Then I chose gold, hit purchase and it brought up the Paypal button. Upon hitting paypal it brought up two options, pay pall or just use credit card option. I opted for the credit card method as I don't use paypall. It went through seamlessly.
 
Just renewed through PayPal without issue. Hope you get it sorted out, Jill.

Renewed Gold also on Jan 7. I can see my invoice on my profile page but cannot seem to load the new upgrade. A system bug? or just a clueless old guy that needs some basic instruction?
