Still have a video I haven't put together yet. Stay tuned

Thanks for the link and nice pics. I'll have to check that out sometime maybe. I'm up in the north though so that would be a drive but it looks well worth it. I think the next park I'm going to is blackwater falls.

I wish women had a stronger representation on this forum, good stuff. That's quite some variation in knife tastes. Apart from for processing wood which one was the most useful?

I used them all for different thinhgs but my emerson seen the most general use. I have to say though that it was a close tie with the Davis.

The rock formations look interesting. What is Audra SP known for? I would like to visit Blackwater Falls SP in the coming year of so.

Its known for the middle fork river and rocky scenery. I went because when I was 13 someone took me there and it wasn't the best trip ever. I've wanted to go back and put the past to rest for a while and I finally did it this past weekend. I love it over there and I'm sure I'll be back many times as I had a wonderful trip. As for blackwater falls I think I'll be going there in July.

Great pix, thanks for sharing them. Alan Davis does really nice work. I've got a couple of his smaller FBs, one in stag & misery whip saw steel, the other in green micarta and O1.

We've been to Blackwater Falls but it was years ago. We're from Mercer County and my wife and I used to teach high school there, so we'd take off in the summer and see the state. These days, we just go home to Mercer County when we get the chance. Murphy and I were up there a couple of weeks ago. Spent some time in Pinnacle Rock and Pipestem SPs. The thumbnails below are me, Murphy (Shepherd mix), and Molly (Dobermann) at Pipestem's Heritage Point overlooking the Bluestone Gorge a year or so ago, then the resort down in the gorge, then Murphy resting in a field in Pipestem SP.

Looks like a great time. It's fun for me see those pics -- our family land is right up the road -- my grandmother was literally born in a log cabin on the very small piece of level ground at the fork of the rivers. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get up there in many years, having been in the South and Colorado. But when I lived in DC, I used to go out there... the only road is to a well-head at the edge of the property -- from there, you hike in.
