Trip to India

I will be going a a few weeks. this is a business trip so I can't go far. Are there any common Indian blade items I should pick up?
 
Ummm, a herd of sambar deer would be nice. If you don't have room the critters, just grab up all the antler you can get your mitts on. :)
 
In India if you find a metal shop they will make anything you want for about 6-7 dollars tops. Bring some pictures and they'll copy it fairly well.

I had the chance but things got too busy.

also if you have any backache or something like that get a panchakarma treatment. it is awesome and cheap.

where are you going? bombay or new delhi?

Well, you will be right next to Pakistan and I hear they make some really nice knives there. At least that is what I read on some of the sites that sell them.

Sorry, that wasn't very constuctive was it? Couldn't resist though. :D
