I know someone here ordered a 47A or something from them, but I can't quite find the thread.

Anyway, I was wondering how good the service is. It seems the cheapest place to buy a 43 and the only place to offer 1-day shipping, which is good because I'm insanely impatient.

thanks!

My one ordering experience with Triple Aught was excellent across the board. Even subsequent e-mail questions have been answered promptly. Couple this with very reasonable prices and you've got a winner. BTW if you like loose fitting soft sheaths for mounting on packs, etc., they carry a nifty 50,000 cycle velcro model (made by a NASA contractor). I don't use it for balisongs, but it's nice for standard folders.

I can't think of another knife dealer I would rather deal with. Triple Aught is the best.

No worries...Patrick and Josh are both great!

It was I that posted that I ordered a BM43 from TAD. I will buy from Patrick even if someone else has the item for a few $ less. I know that I will be taken care of. I have been dealing with Patrick for awhile and I can not say enough about the friendly prompt service I have received. I had to return an item once due to a manufactures defect. No problem, he took care of everything. However, I do have one warning about TAD. There is so much great "I WANT THAT" stuff on his site that it is a dangerous and costly site to visit.
You will also notice that he only deals in quality items, no cheap POS on his site.

Hi!

Can't add anything negative, i've done most of my shopping at TAD.
Even though i tend to be somewhat confused and have some weird stuff requested when ordering 'cuz i live in Sweden the attitude has always been "no problem!"

TAD rocks i just wished that i could order more often :)

I ordered my Emerson Commander and recently a benchmade 47a.. I had good service on both of them.

When I first ordered my Emerson, one of them emailed me personally and said they'd have them in stock in two days and so I said I'd wait instead of canceling the order... Sure enough I got my knife in time.

Good service.. the only thing is that they don't automatically email you saying it's shipped and give you the tracking number *shrug* the only way I knew that it was on it's way was they deducted the amount from my debit card the day after I ordered it.

AH!

I recieved an e-mail today from them saying they're out of 43's now but are getting more in this week. AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so very very impatient ;)
