Trisul Questions

I see there was a Trisul in today’s YBB and I missed out again, which is ok, as 1) I’m broke and 2) late last week I was working on some scroll wrenches and had a drop of 1084 so I forged myself a Trisul like object. After forging and grinding the “horns” I have even more respect for the Kamis. The Trisul shape reminds me a bit of JAK’s Crossada and a few historical blade styles.

Anyway my questions, how long has the Trisul been made? I only recall seeing Trisuls pop up occasionally over the past couple of months, in fact the only mention I find before then was as a Kami mark.

Was the model an idea from a Cantina member or did the Kamis come up with it?

I saw my first a couple of years ago...they are not new...just rare until recently.

It seems to have evolved from the Trishul Decker, as seen here

The fighter type we're seeing lately has just been in the past few months.(per my feeble and often incorrect memory)

Thanks, the different spelling explains why I couldn’t find much before this spring. I’ll have some reading to do, but it looks like Kumar Kutter or another older model to Trishul Decker to Trisul.
