Tritium Hands on G-Shock?

So recently I got the G-Shock GW3000B-1A. Great watch, love it, except for the Neo-brite hands and markers. It's just not very bright, and doesn't last long past a couple of hours for me. So I was wondering, is there any possible way to get tritium hands and markers, if not just the hands for my watch?

I don't think that's possible. The thickness of the tritium hands would not work on standard pinion. I would look for a G-Shock with a backlight.
