Trizact vs Structured Belts?

I have been looking around to see if there is such a thing as a structured belt for a 4x36 belt? Also I have been curious is structured and trizact are the same thing? I have found trizact belts for my size sander but I have heard amazing thing about structured belts and was curious as to where I could find them.

Another thing that amazed me was the price of trizact belts. 3M was offering what appeared to be 4 belts for 100 dollars and that just doesn't seem right considering I get 10 aluminum oxide belts for $12 on amazon.

Also is it worth it to spend 40-50 dollars on a harbor freight 1x30 sander mainly for use on hollow grinds and for the slack. I am currently without a slack grinding ability and I was wondering if I could get away with using that type of grinder for it.

Any info on where I can find more reasonable/affordable prices would be greatly appreciated.

Talk to the people at Tru-Grit about belts. They have a good selection and are pretty knowledgeable.
