Troodon Knife Point sticking out

Just bought a Combat Troodon and notice the OTF blade extends a fraction out the front when retracted.

My regular Troodon does not protrude but if I run my finger over it and press down slightly I can also feel the tip. I have two UTX-70's and don't have that problem.

Is there a fix?

Sharpen it until the point is shorter. Either do it yourself or send it back to microtech to have them do it. That's pretty much all you can do. It's not like there's an adjustment screw anywhere.

That's what I was thinking. A little work on my stones should solve it.

Problem solved with 20 min of sharpening.
