I am having lots of trouble inserting pictures. I did it once but I do not know how I got the pictures to get in my thread. Thanks for the help.

Don't try downloading directly from your computer. Use a photo hosting site like Photobucket. They will attach URLs to each photo you send there. Use the fourth URL, the one bracketed by
