Trouble reaching Bill Ruple

I wanted to get on Bill's list but I'm having trouble contacting him. I sent an email a week ago without a reply. I tried his phone number as listed on his web site and it's disconnected. ph: 830-277-1371

Is Bill taking orders now? If so, what's the best way to contact him.

Not sure if he's taking orders these days or not. I know for the most part he makes what he makes and takes 'em to the shows he attends.
