Trouble resetting password for original account

I’ve tried for a few days now to submit the forgot password option and it won’t send me the email with the reset link. It is not in the junk or spam folder.

If you are using a phone to access a gmail account, be advised that gmail does not forward junk mail to phones. To access your junk mail folder, you must access your gmail account from a PC.

If you are using gmail and are not getting notifications / password resets / 2 factor, follow these steps​

1. Go to the desktop version of gmail, not the phone app version
2. Go to your junk folder
3. Mark all emails from BladeForums as not spam.
4. Profit
