Trouble sending and receiving emails

I've been unable to receive or send emails recently. Am I doing something wrong or are there issues with the site?
 
I think it's the site or the email providers. I haven't had problems with Gmail but Yahoo is less reliable.
 
Thanks Esav. I just received an email yesterday from another user. It looks like Yahoo is being a bit inconsistent.
