Trouble upgrading to gold

I tried to upgrade to gold using the authorize.net link but when I fill out my card information and hit submit it says transaction denied due to (27) or something. Billing and shipping address not matching maybe. Do I need to fill out every line even though only the card information is *? I would just use paypal but why is it $5 more?
 
Ah crap just looked at my online banking and it billed me twice for this when it said it was denied. Can I get a mod help please.
 
Yes, you need to fill in all information.
paypal is slightly more expensive because the transaction must be handled manually by the admin.
Don't worry, If the transaction was denied no funds will be withdrawn from your account and if by chance the transaction went thru, you will only be charged once.
 
You have to put in the correct billing address as an anti fraud measure. Declines don't take your funds, but your bank might have put the funds on hold when you attempted to do the charge.
 
Thanks for the answers guys, I didnt think the entire information was necessary since its not an Item. I'll wait for the pending to go away then re purchase correctly. Also why when I am on the paying site, the url is "https:" with a red line through it?
