Trouble With Custom ZT Replacent Scales

I ordered a set of replacement scales for my ZT O350. They do not fit. After scrutiny I found out one of the scales (female side) is missing the threaded receptors. The clip are also also raised so it makes it impossible to get the screws all the way to the threaded liner. They are very different from the factory scales. Just i get a lemon set of scales or are all of them like this? Anyone else have this problem?

A little more information is needed, who made them would be my first question.

Not sure. I bought them many months ago and just now getting around to changing them out. There are no markings or logos on them.
