Trouble with Gold Membership

Probably me but I've been through the FAQ and cannot find where to change my user group to indicate purchase of gold membership.

Yes, I purchased the gold membership about an hour ago via PayPal.

When I use the link provided I get the following message.

It must be updated manually by the owner of the site, when you pay with paypal.

Mine was paid on Feb. 10th and it's not updated yet. A few that were updated recently paid on Feb. 3 I believe.
