Trouble With Membership

My son wanted to pay for my Gold membership which has expired for a Father's Day gift. We used the Authorize Net option and put his name first as billing address and my name as shipping address and filled in the form. It was declined with funds in his account. Did we do something incorrectly? On the first line of the form it asked for user ID and we put my forum username, wonder if this caused a problem?

Sonuds like it was a billing address issue. Make sure you put in the proper billing address for the card. You DO NOT have to fill in User ID
