I am having a hard time trying to choose between a Spec-Bump and a Ti- Bump. Can't afford both so any input would be great.Thank you in advance.

Spec bump.

But I'm a fan of coated blades and the stud lock. Ti frame lock isn't bad at all (in fact it's quite awesome) but I like the Stud lock.

If you're getting something as a user go with the Spec-Bump. If not get the Ti Bump while you can.

I love both, but prefer the Ti Bump. It's one of a kind...and will have a special place in your collection. Mine was an EDC for a couple years before an ex-friend scratched it all up.

The Ti Bump is a very pretty and classy piece of work!

Ti Bump for me. Green is beautiful, but the blue is really neat, changes colors in the light.

Are Ti Bumps still available? NGK has not had them
in stock for a long time now.

They're not the easiest to find. Not impossible though. I got mine (a green one) from Kershawguy. I don't know if he has any left, but it never hurts to ask.

I do have , check my ads in the dealer section of the exchange.

Spec Bump is a great knife, and I love mine....but faced with a choice I would get a Ti Bump while you still can. An Amazing knife to be sure!!

Here are a couple right here.....;)

I really wish they made them in purple. I remember when I bought mine. The store lights shown on it in a weird way and made it glow a little purple, like the one right above this post. I didn't know much about Kershaws at the time, so I wasn't really knowledgeable about the Bumps, and, at my first glance, was convinced it was purple.

The knife bothered me for about a week until I decided that I was just going to go get it. Sadly, it wasn't actually purple...but still beautiful.

That was actually my first Kershaw, as far as I can remember.
