Trough Raider Chopping??

How do these do as a camp knife, one tool type roll? Anyone here have any vids or info to share?

Can confirm it's a mean chopper. I don't have any vids though. I reckon paired with a small thin blade, you'd have a wicked outdoorsy camp setup.

It is truly a beast of a blade. I would agree with Rob, paired with a smaller blade for finer work you would have a great set up for the outdoors.

With the Trough Raider, you practically get what amounts to kukri with perhaps less of a recurve. In most other ways... thickness, blade length, grind, etc... you are not too far off from this. Kukri's make great one tool setups if you can only bring one but obviously it would pair well with a smaller blade if you could afford the extra weight/bulk/cost/etc.
