A new and pretty much grail (for me) piece of Infi arrived today. Haven't had a chance to play with it yet but it feels very well balanced (judging by the numerous "air" branches I chopped), and comfortable in hand as well. It is truly "swine shaving sharp" (thank you Beef). I'm liking it a lot. Thank you everyone at Busse.

Fresh trout, fresh bacon (bacon is a vegetable, right?), and my four legged son who helped with eating dinner. You can probably tell my cooking skills are just as bad as my photography skills - but good bacon makes almost everything taste right. Thanks for looking. Mike

I was checking out the photos trying to find the vegetables then I said oh yeah, bacon....

Congrats on the score.

Nothing is better than trout fried in bacon grease!
Nice knife, dog and meal. Well done!

I thanks everyone for the nice comments. I appreciate it. Have a good evening. Mike

That looks delicious! Some fresh broccoli might have tasted good with the meal. You could have wrapped the broccoli with the bacon, then it could be classified as a veggie.:)

Mike. I think you cooking skills are impeccable and your choice of vegetables is superlative!:D

Now your 4 legged son.....you can send him to me:eek:

He is a STUD!

Very nice. Looks great all around.

Garth

Thank you Garth it was enjoyable eating with my Mistress.

Beef, you played a big part in it. Thank you.

Lexi, yes, I agree with you, bacon wrapped broccoli would definitely have made the plate nicer looking and maybe even healthier, but sometimes I'm still a bit primitive when cooking for myself and broccoli would have required another pan and maybe even boiling water! Of course I could have used my new blade to chop the broccoli and that would have been fun.

Thank you knife hunter - I tend to like that type of vegetable the most. It goes with just about everything. I think I spend more time with my four legged son than almost anyone else. I couldn't bear to part with him. Now my 19 year old two legged son......there are times I might be up for a deal.

That's a beautiful Blade, Bacon and Boxer :)

Really - don't need much more than that in life. Thank you Brtn11.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm....vegetables.

Yes, must eat frequently. Thank you Highrisk.

Very nice  Mmmm the bacon looks delicious :D

Thank you Pokey. I get it a a very small local butcher shop. Nice and thick and some of the best I've tasted.

Your Mistress is stunning. Nice touch, cooking dinner for her;)

Thank you gusbuster. I felt it was the least I could do. We are going to have a very long relationship.

Thanks all. Mike
