Hello, i'm a newbie here on the forum but first i just want to say, I cant believe no one had Tru Bal taken for a user name on here. Second, I would like to take a poll and see how many people would like to see the Tru Bal West models again. It would be awsome to get a new No1. Pro and an indian lancehead again. Lets see how many of you think so also.

A lancehead is just a #80 with the wings ground off. So just find a #2 and make it yourself although you will have a hard time finding them...you might contact this man.

Tru Bal is a trade marked business name, so I guess everyone had the courtesy of not using it because the business Tru Bal knives is still active. Tru Bal West has been defunct for about 30 years. I have one of each of the models.

I assure you that the respect for the name is there and it deserves much more. Out of that respect, I don't know if i could take a grinder to one of these babies and grind the wings off to make a lance point, not to metion you might temper it and make it brittle in the middle(maybe maybe not) Yes I am aware that the Tru Bal West has been out for a long time but it would be really nice to see the designs that Harry created and sold to TB West come back. I also have one each of all of the TB West but just one. A few more would be nice. and out of the respect for BB i will happily change my user.
