Tru Hone Knife Sharpening system f/Meat Prcessor?

I am a purchasing agent for meat processing company here in the midwest. I just recieved a requisition for a Tru Hone variable speed knife sharpener for production use.

Does anyone have any knowledege of this system? Are there any good competitors of this product that should be considered as well?

I need to make the buy pretty quick, so a prompt response would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Tru hones are like grinders, almost, but they work fairly well

Here are some other systems. How they compare to each other or TruHone, I don't know. Hopefully someone else (Cliff Stamp?) might know about that.
