Got mine about an hour ago in the mailbox.

Mine came regular mail. Had to pay GST, PST and a processing charge for it.
 
Didn't they explain this to you? They'll place the balisong in a McDonald's bag and leave it under the big bush just to the left as you enter the park near your house. You'll know when it's time because they'll make a red chalk mark on the sidewalk in front of the white house two blocks south of the park.
