True temper axe head with no Kelly

So I just hung a True Temper Red Warrior that I posted in the recently hung thread, but it was odd because it says Truee Temper and Red Warrior under it but no Kelly Works like they usually do. I'm assuming these are still essentially the same as the ones that say Kelly as Kelly was bought out by True Temper. So I was just wondering if this was a clue for a timeframe when it was manufactured and how much less common this version is than the regular ones, if at all. I will post up close pictures of this and a regular red warrior when I have a chance later.

I thought they became true temper, not ought out by them ?
Maybe I'm mistaken, anyways I'm sure the axe is pretty much the same and there's no need to worry.
