I have a double bit that has the true temper stamp on one side on the other its stamped kelly in a circle world finest is under kelly and outside the circle it also has the 3.2 stamp and looks to have lettering outside the circle on top any idea when and where this one was made? I believe it is the reversible 1/2 peeler or full peeler does that sound right to anyone? Thank you

The Kelly factory closed in 1982. But I think 'Worlds Finest' logos stopped about a decade before that. Maybe someone can check their old catalogs.

It's an older axe I think. Here is the 1938 catalog with the Kelly Quality circle and other stamps can be found. It seems that in this catalog "The Worlds" is on top of Kelly and "finest on the bottom. It seems that stamp that you have was likely placed in the 40's here once in a thread discussing pulaski's but I can't find it. I also reserve the right to be wrong.;)
