True Temper FSS Pulaski

I found this True Temper FSS Pulaski at a Local Estate sale. The handle was severely weathered and dry rotted at the head, so I removed it. It looks to be using very good condition. What does the “H” mean on the opposite side of the True Temper FSS stamping? I might look for a handle for it. Any ideas on its worth as is? Thanks.

Nice find! As good as any Pulaski made. The ‘H’ is likely just a True Temper production number.
