True toughness of CPM 154cm relative to s35vn?

Does anyone know why there's a discrepancy in Larrin's Toughness read outs for CPM 154cm? If you review these two screen shots https://ibb.co/42vWCDF https://ibb.co/XSv1Nc1 one of them has CPM 154cm at about the same toughness as s35vn but the other one has it well over 5 ft pounds tougher.

I would be surprised if 154cm didn't have a slight toughness advantage

Ah ok thanks, seems that the width being wider in the specimen than it should have been combined with the HRC being one full point lower was the main cause, with some speculation about it also being a super clean melt.

But under almost any other conditions all things being equal cpm 154 is more or less equal with s35vn in toughness give or take a foot pound or so.
