Thanks Tom. :D and thanks all.

67 today

I’ve been retired now for two years and slowly have been stacking on more and more weight. :D

Easter time I had a bit of a health scare and decided to do something about it.

I’ve lost 30 pounds so far, bought three new saddle guns, a Winchester .22mag, S/hand, a New Marlin stainless guide gun 45/70 and a new Henry lever .22.

To make things worse I’ve been looking about for a new shooting horse. :D

My wife thinks I’ve gone back into my second childhood. I hope so. :D

Thanks to all of the Busse staff and a special thanks to Eric for your help and trust. To all the BusseKin forums and all of the great friends I’ve made over the years in my new world of internet, and thanks for putting up with me. :D

Here's an old picture with me on my all time favorite shooting horse "Marbuck" he was game for anything.
I reared him from a foal and kept him as a stallion. He had so much trust in me I always reckoned he'd climb a tree if I asked him to.

Enjoy your second childhood. Sounds like you've got a lot of nice toys to play with already. :D

How do you like that Henry rifle?

I love it! The action is slicker than snot on a glass door handle. :barf::D

I haven't really been able to really use it a lot as yet, other than putting five or six shots into an old gum tree down in the bottom paddock, I've been making a war on it for a while now. :D

The other .22 I have is a CZ, so they are entirely different in feel.
