Here is a knife I found in the garden section of the hardware store.

Truper Liner Lock Knife Pillar construction
Cost less than 10 USD
Manufactured in China
Steel Unknown 'stainless'
Scales G10
Blade length 3 inches
Closed length just under 4 inches
Pocket clip blade up right side only

This is a very inexpensive knife. I was happy to see a non serrated knife in an unexpected spot in the shop so I bought it. It came with a nylon sheath which should never be used for anything but storage, It is awful. The blade came very dull but stropping with green compound at my desk has brought it to a serviceable edge. The liner lock seems to work fine and there is little movement side to side or up and down. It requires tightening with a torx driver occasionally as it loosens after a while. It fits well in the hand.
In conclusion this is not a very good knife but for the money it surprised me how well it was made. I would keep it in my glove box or desk etc.
