Trying out a new lanyard

Retying the stock lanyard resulted in a very ugly knot. I had this lanyard lying around. It's probably more suited for an Emerson or Strider, but I think it will do.

I like the looks of those square tied lanyards and that one looks especially nice. Love the beads. Haven't seen that exact combination before. Looks good! :thumbup:
 
I'd love that lanyard on my snakewood inlayed small. Looks great! By the way if you want to see direction on retying your original lanyard check out the FAQs on the Chris Reeve website.
 
I can't take too much credit. A member here made it and I got it from him at least a year ago. I can't remember what hid name is. All I did was shorten the loop and put it on the knife. He also sent me a monkey fist which is made similar. I should have put it on the knife and posted on here asking for opinions lol.
